DVA, Inc. is a family-owned and operated wholesale and liquidation company specializing in buying and selling excess inventory, overstock, and closeouts.
We have been in business for over 27 years and have worked with a wide range of businesses, from Fortune 500 corporations to new companies, helping them to move unwanted, costly inventory and allowing them to move forward and become more viable and solvent. It doesn’t matter if it’s by the case, the pallet, the truckload or an entire network of warehouses, no project is too big or too small.
DVA, Inc. started in 1988 by selling used videos for new store openings to video rental chains, such as Hollywood Video and Blockbuster Video. DVA is now a complete product-sourcing destination. DVA has an ever-changing vast inventory of opportunity buys in almost every category of retail from media to electronics to toys to health & beauty and everything in between. DVA provides real margins to resellers as well as customized service including full Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) processing and direct shipments to selected Distribution Centers for their customers. Additionally, we are now one of the oldest resellers of excess inventory in the country. We move inventory in a variety of product categories including home entertainment and media, consumer electronics, apparel, toys, general merchandise, and really, just about any type of consumer product in the United States. Additionally we can service businesses of all sizes selling by the case lot, pallet, truckload or entire warehouse full of closeout or excess merchandise.
We have relationships throughout the country with a who’s who of the retail and wholesale industry, both large and small. DVA buys and sells over 20,000,000 units annually.
We have offices in Los Angeles, California and Tampa, Florida, with warehouses throughout the United States.
DVA has the distinction of being on the Inc. 500 list as well as the Gulf Coast 500 and the Tampa Bay Fast Fifty for several years now.
DVA is very conscientious about our customers’ ongoing business interests and long-term vitality.
It is our commitment that we NEVER compete with our customers or interfere with our customers’ core business in any way. Our mission is to develop those relationships which continue much longer than the term of the current deal. We have always felt if we cannot help you then we are not doing much good for ourselves either.
We have a sophisiticated system in place to ensure the SKUs sold at retail are not the same SKUs we sell to our wholesalers and then compete with on the price. Should you have additional concerns about this, please ask your sales representative.
We will not interfere with your sales or marketing efforts. We always adhere to mutual agreements resulting in no channel conflicts. We are not competition, nor do we want to be.

DVA will abide by all restrictions given to us. We understand and value the relationship we have with our customers. Therefore, we deliver what we promise. If it is stated not to sell “to the following accounts,” we won’t.
If desired, we are also willing to disclose the names of the accounts that we sell your product to. Our goal is to make sure you are happy and that you keep doing business with us on a regular basis.
