Internet fraudsters and scam artists are increasingly targeting unsuspecting people by a methods of Phishing, Hacking and other Cyber-attacks. You may receive authentic-looking messages in particular emails, appearing to come from someone from DVA or a Third Party, but in reality it is sent by imposters using similar looking or same email addresses to obtain business information or trigger commercial transactions. These deceptive emails lead recipients into believing that they are actually dealing with someone from the Company and will lead them to share confidential company information or to take business actions based on such emails or click unauthorised links.

DVA and its affiliate entities (“DVA”) will never send e-mails that ask for unsolicited confidential information pertaining to business or request for certain business transactions including payments through unofficial ways. Please verify the sender email address and note that DVA official communications are never sent from personal email addresses. In case of any requests for change in payment details/ terms or any dubious emails, kindly check with the authorised DVA employee/ representative through a secure communication channel before taking any further action. DVA shall not be responsible for any liabilities arising from such actions. In case of any suspicious communication, kindly intimate the DVA Management/ Representative immediately.
